Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery takes place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
During peak seasons or sales, processing time may extend up to 48 hours.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package at the delivery address, our carrier will attempt delivery up to three times. After the second attempt, Danielas Customer Service will contact you via email.
If you need to reschedule your delivery, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible.
