Returns & Exchanges
We do everything possible to simplify the exchange and return process. We offer free returns on all online purchases made at www.danielas.com.us and through our WhatsApp assistant (xxxxxx), as long as it is due to an error by the WhatsApp assistant or the e-commerce platform. If the exchange or return is due to an error made by the user in selecting the product or its size, only the transportation cost for return logistics will be charged.
Exchanges or returns only apply to items such as pajamas or accessories. For the safety of our customers, we guarantee that intimate garments sold through our digital channel have not been handled or tried on by another customer before. We cannot accept returns after 7 days from the delivery date.
Conditions
- The return of items must be made from their city of origin.
- Items must be returned in their original sales condition, with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during shipping. Do not forget to include the shipping document inside the package.
- Returns will not be accepted for damaged, washed, or altered items, or those that Danielas may reasonably consider to have been used.
- For hygienic reasons, NO returns will be accepted for any intimate garments, such as panties, bras, boyshorts, or any item that comes in direct contact with intimate areas.
- The return of items that have been personalized, tailored, or had initials applied will not be accepted.
- Returns that do not comply with Danielas' return procedure will not be accepted, and the product will be sent back to the customer.
How to exchange an item?
If you request an exchange for any of the products included in your order, the customer service channel via WhatsApp will provide support to successfully complete the request.
